Optimum Baseball Performance is a baseball specific training facility located next door to GRB STiKS in Waukesha, WI. At Optimum we offer something for everyone. We have small group training, 1 on 1 training, Remote training, and group classes. Small Group training can be purchased with a variety of memberships for training 1, 2, or 3 or more weekly sessions. Small Group Training can also be purchased in session packages. Classes are for ages 9-12 and run 8 weeks in the fall, winter, spring, and summer. Training year round and training correctly are very important if an athlete expects to reach their maximum potential.
